In the Tangkahan mountains, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City, North Sumatra, there is a tourist attraction called Tangkahan Tourism.
Tangkahan is an area included in the Gunung Leuser National Park, North Sumatra.
With hilly land, shady tropical forest, and cool atmosphere, Tangkahan is perfect for nature tourism lovers.
In this area there are tropical forests which are usually used as a place for hiking by nature lovers. This tropical forest itself is located in Gunung Leuser National Park which is very famous in Sumatra.
So your trip is not complete if you haven't been to this area. the forest is filled with flora and fauna that are ready to accompany your day around the forest. an interesting activity that should not be missed is bathing the elephants.
