Travel Photography: An evening in Ithaca

in travel •  4 years ago  (edited)

A few years ago we made a road trip to Corning New York to visit the Corning Museum of Glass and decided stop in Ithaca on our way down.

It was September and we were pleasantly surprised by Ithaca. It had a University town Vibe, lots of Cornell students hanging out downtown and lots of great street music to enjoy.

Wow, those were the days.

Normal life. No masks or Social distancing. We danced, we laughed we had a very good time.

I miss those days. You ?

Thanks. It was a very short story.

I almost thought it's the Ithaca I read about in Homer's The Oddeyssey which was located in a Greek city. Traveling is life.
