On this particualr day we were feeling really lost as to what would be the action of the day, as we had planned a trip to Lake Como on this day and when we reached the station we got to know that the Trains were cancelled, by the time we could get all sorted out it was very late and then we did not have that much time to go far somewhere from Milan. Normally I do not prefer taking these hop on hop off drives at any destination, but then once we got out of Milan central station and were trying to figure out what we could do on this day, the next thing in front of us was the Hop On Hop Off Bus, and then we decided to get on that and move around. It was a good choice made as we could visit some of the places that we had not ventured and those were good ones. Though not the whole day was very productive, but the rest of the evening I spent in shopping and we called off an early night.

Milan station itself is a very attractive place. These are some clicks outside the Milan Central Station
And now time for the bus ride
One of the places we got down was at Sforza Castle, but another disappointment, the castle was closed for the day.
From the castle we visited the Sempione Park. It was a nice long walk. It was a bright sunny day, so was nice to walk through the trees and then relax up a bit under the shade.
And after this we stopped at one of the Restaurants for food and after that some shopping and then way back to our hotel and rest.
