Although I wouldn´t call Lagos at the Algarve already my home it felt good returning to it after a long weekend in Lisboa. We only were 4 days away but I already started to miss the beachwalks and the waves. Yes, there are beaches and waves in Lisboa too, but we were so focused on the city itself and sightseeing that there was no time to visit Lisboas beaches.
So, first thing on monday morning was a walk at my favourite spot, the boardwalk at Ponta da Piedade. This spot never gets old, the beaches underneath the cliffs, the blue water and the perfect sky is just what I needed after 4 days of city life.
This morning the water was particularly clear and calm. Haven´t seen it like this before. But the color is wrong, because it has cooled down a lot and the temperature is only 17 degrees.
But what I actually wanted to show you is what I discovered on my morning walk. I'm still impressed with the city of Lisbon, but I was a little disappointed as I haven't seen a lot of street art.
I think I know why, simply because I was looking for it. Because if you don't look for it, you can find the greatest things, like this morning.
I discovered an old ruin with some cool little paintings.
This is what I first saw and made me curious, so I walked around that ruin to find some gems
I really loved this spot and the light was just perfect this morning so I took a few ore shots. I will come here with my camera one day.
Some cool art work and great to see you on Blurt.
