We resume the route of the Route of the 7 Lakes, a journey that in itself is not too long (barely 107 km) of which 50 are not paved and that can be done in a single day. Of course, doing this way we will only see some wonderful places in passing.
I did this tour with my family, calm, without hurry, therefore at the end of each stage we would stop to rest, in a camping or even in a tent and after having seen absolutely all the natural beauties that there are and photographing them we continued on our way.
The first stage was spectacular and I told you about it in this post:
Retomamos el recorrido de la Ruta de los 7 Lagos, un trayecto que en si mismo no es demasiado largo (apenas 107 kms) de los cuales 50 no están asfaltados y que se puede hacer en un solo día. Eso si, haciendo de esta manera veremos solo de pasada algunos lugares maravillosos.
Hice este recorrido con mi familia, tranquilos, sin prisa, por lo tanto al final de cada etapa nos deteníamos a descansar, en algún camping o incluso en carpa y después de haber visto absolutamente todas bellezas naturales que hay y fotografiarlas seguíamos camino.
La primera etapa fue espectacular y se las conté en este post.
In this article I am going to relate and tell you in photos what we saw in the second stage.
We resume the route, the attractions are constant, which to a certain extent "forces" us to slow down so as not to miss the details of this beautiful natural environment.
The slopes of the mountains are covered with pines, myrtle, larch, araucaria on one side and spectacular water bodies on the other side. And in the middle the road, winding, zigzagging.
And in the background, like the frame of a splendid postcard, the snow-capped peaks of the Andes Mountains.
Retomamos la ruta, los atractivos son constantes lo que en cierta medida "nos obliga" a moderar la velocidad para no perdernos los detalles de este hermoso entorno natural.
Las laderas de las montañas están cubiertas de pinos, arrayanas, alerces, araucarias de una parte y espectaculares espejos de agua del otro lado. Y en el medio la ruta, sinuosa, zigzagueante.
Y al fondo como el marco de una espléndida postal, las cumbres nevadas de la Cordillera de los Andes.
And so, almost without realizing it, we arrived at the beautiful Faulkner Lake 2 kms later with wide sandy beaches that stretch along the route.
Lake Falkner, located almost in the middle of the route, is an ideal place to rest and sail.
Y asi, casi sin darnos cuenta, llegamos al bellisimo Lago Faulkner 2 kms más adelante con amplias playas de arena que se extienden sobre la ruta.
El Lago Falkner, situado casi en la mitad del recorrido, es un lugar ideal para descansar y navegar.
And we took some photos of the environment, the natural environment and the aquatic fauna that populate these beautiful and crystalline waters of glacial origin.
Y sacamos algunas fotos del ambiente, del entorno natural y de la fauna acuátca que puebla estas hermosas y cristalinas aguas de origen glacial.
A little further on we come across the Villarino River which, apart from its natural beauty and its short length, stands out for joining Lakes Falkner and Villarino.
All framed by a spectacular colihues forest and a mountain range that marks the beginning of the Andes Mountains.
Un poco más adelante nos encontramos con el rio Villarino que, aparte de su belleza natural y por su corta longitud, se destaca por unir entre si los Lagos Falkner y Villarino.
Todo enmarcado por un espectacular bosque de colihues y un cordón montañoso que va marcando el inicio de la Cordillera de Los Andes.
We stop to rest, admire an unforgettable landscape, take some photos, a quick swim in the cold waters of the lake and prepare for the resumption of the trip tomorrow.
Nos detenemos para descansar, admirar un paisaje inolvidable, sacar algunas fotos, un rápido baño en las frías aguas del lago y prepararnos para la reanudación del viaje en el dia de mañana.
