Taking Breaks is Important to Progress

in training •  4 years ago

No matter how hard we train or study, burnout is a real concern to be aware of. As a previous textbook student and top level procrastinator, overcoming student syndrome with constant barrages of work can lead to even greater catastrophes where burnout occurs.

To avoid burnout, I like to keep things fresh. Taking breaks and switching up our daily tasks can help to build a sustainable level of productivity. Even during the most stressful times it's worth taking a break and distracting ourselves on a different task, matter or hobby.

There are many ways to take breaks, just make sure that these pauses don't lead into hours wasted in the day!

Hello dear friend @maghra good night
This is a very worrying issue. In Argentina, temporary breaks are being implemented in the workplace, every hour they insist on intermittent few minutes to clear and rest their minds and those people who work long hours with an hour of rest for naps. There are even hotels that rent rooms by the hour so that people can take a one-hour break during nap times
I really appreciate this post
have a wonderful afternoon
