Knowing Our Limits

One of the biggest lessons I have taken note of since taking an injury a few years back were the limits of my own body.

Knowing our limits is a safety net that can protect us from devastating accidents. Discovering our own limits is a process in itself.

Regardless of your training, slowly gauging and proceeding cautiously will help keep the body in condition to come back another day for even more progress. Throw away the ego and enjoy a safe and stable form of progress.
