Everyone has felt fatigue and tiredness at one point in time. We perform to our limits and through recovery, fatigue goes away.

The tired state of mind can relate to many aspects of life, it can also be a long term form of fatigue. Burnout from repetitive activity is quite common.

To deal with overwhelming situations, stepping back and staying composed is important. At times, a break is needed to recoup and come back to make sound decisions.
