Throwbacks - Memories of my time spent at Isha

in throwback •  2 days ago

Many years back I was not much in favor of spending time at these meditation retreats. This was like 20 years. That time I had this thought that all these places are money making business and they are just created to loot people's money. But then when I started getting involved in these practices and happened to visit a couple of them, my whole perspective changed. Then I started enjoying them and I was getting fond of these places, so I started visited them on and off.

This is my visit to the Isha center in Coimbatore. Such a beautiful and serene place this is. A perfect environment for a meditation camp. It was a 4 days program that I attended. Inner Engineering was the program. I so enjoyed the program that I would not mind doing it again if I get an opportunity.

The memories of this place are still very fresh to me
