The Longest Journey is a point-and-click adventure video game developed by Norwegian studio Funcom. The player controls the protagonist, April Ryan, on her journey between parallel universes. The title was released in 1999 for Microsoft Windows.
The game was a commercial success, with sales in excess of 500,000 units by 2004, and was acclaimed by critics. An iOS version was released on October 28, 2014.
