Perspective refers to a particular way of looking at things, often influenced by personal experiences, beliefs, even what your been told and context. It shapes how individuals interpret and understand the world around them even make decisions. Different perspectives can lead to varied viewpoints, arguments or misunderstanding on the same situation or topic. For example:

My account was reported to be handled by someone based on (our transactions so far), as the so called reporter stated, but I told them that I know the person in real life that's why we transact and I handle this account myself. After approaching them on discord I was asked for a proof that the person sent money to me and I refused giving any.

Now "perspective" the person in charge believed what he was told because (the so called reporter is one of them) and not what I the owner of the account was saying. Perspective here plays a major role in how we view things (even in decisions) sometimes we deliver judgement and not justice because of our perspective.
