      The easiest way I know is to also post to YouTube and then copy and paste the URL here in your post.

      Example …. https ://youtu.be/Nh7qmA6k7vY
      I added a space after https so you could see the type of link I grab from YouTube ….

      If you already upload to Instagram just upload the same video to YouTube. Then grab the URL with the “Share” button order the YouTube video.
