In the original power banks of these two types of power banks called Mi/ Redmi, they have included a low power mood, we can take care of it by pressing the button inside the power bank twice. Nowadays mobile phones should be properly charged between 20% - 80%. Why do you say that? Every battery has a lifespan and a rate at which it can be charged. A battery typically has 500 cycles. A cycle is considered the number of times it is 100% charged. If you charge between 20% - 80% once a day, your one cycle will take 2 days to count, so the battery life will be longer.
When charging and using a battery, if its temperature exceeds 34 Celsius, its life will decrease. This is why they say not to use the phone while charging.
