Voter moved to whitelist mode

For some time the voter was successfully running and voted for many authors. But here are a few authors who plag or spam content with multiple photos, translations, and more tactics to get votes.

Whitelist

So, we have moved to whitelist mode. The whitelist will be managed by @tekraze as well some other members from other communities like @powerclub.

For some time there will be less curation, as the whitelist does not have many authors.

This time, we will use it to regenerate power as the VP is around 65% and may recover in two days.

Feel free to comment on our posts to notify us of an author that creates nice content and should get our vote.
