Team building is the process of creating a team that unitedly works together towards a common goal. The importance and main purpose of team building is to create a strong team through forming bonds and connections. Creating these bonds through team building is very beneficial to businesses and organizations.
City Central Elementary School, my workplace conducted a summer outing/team building. It was held at Chateau by the Sea one of the resorts in Lapu- Lapu City, Cebu. The venue was very much pleasing. The team was composed of 100+ teachers. So much activities was done and everyone had fun.
Fun activities help people see each other in a different light allow them to connect in a different setting.
These are some of the funny games we enjoyed. We the grade 2 teachers won these games. Every one of us worked together and strived ourselves to do the task to achieve our goals.
Socializing and making friends in the workplace is one of the best ways to increase productivity in a workplace. Not only does it increase morale in the office: it will help your team adapt to a work environment more efficiently, solving issues that come up with the “new normal.”
To sum up the entire activity, it is very much enjoyable and fruitful.
