When I was scrolling down my facebook. Some of my facebook friends shared some pictures of their loved ones who killed themselves. One of those was my teacher.

This was my historian teacher way back 2018. He was a jolly and funny person. He knows how to cheer up his students. He was strict but very understandable. I couldn't believed that despite of his strong personality. He killed himself.

Suicide is a complex and deeply personal issue that can have various underlying causes. There are several factors that may contribute to why some individuals consider or ultimately take their own lives. Mental health struggles, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or other psychiatric conditions, can play a significant role. These conditions can create overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, despair, and a distorted perception of reality, making it challenging for individuals to see alternative solutions to their problems. Additionally, traumatic life events, such as the loss of a loved one, financial difficulties, relationship problems, or chronic physical pain, can intensify emotional distress and contribute to suicidal thoughts. Social isolation, feelings of loneliness, or a lack of support systems can also contribute to a sense of despair. It's important to remember that each person's experience is unique, and suicide is the result of complex interactions between individual vulnerabilities and environmental stressors. Recognizing the signs of distress and promoting mental health awareness, support, and access to professional help are crucial steps towards preventing suicide and providing individuals with the assistance they need.

This is why strong family support is important. Communication is one big factor. A simple gesture of asking someone if they are okay is a big help already. All of us needs an avenue to release our negative energies that becomes a burden in a long run.

Hard to talk about it but ignoring won't make anything better. Thank you for sharing and I am sorry for your loss, may peace find a home in our hearts.
