The Power Of The Mind

in success •  3 years ago

Our mind is an amazing tool that holds pretty much all the answers for our problems, let me explain this better. The focal point of my explanation is responsibility, people have a lot more power in their hands and more control in their life than they admit (the point is the difficulty of doing something and the acceptance of responsibility), once you let the pressure in (it is hard to isolate pressure sometimes, but it's possible, never really impossible) you allow yourself to be controlled by the external world, you allow it to enter your mind, then you accept pretty much that your life is not yours, but that it belongs to the people and world creating pressure, you want to tell me, that your life is not your to control ? And that it doesn't belong to you ? Ok then, you agree with this, end of discussion.

If you decide to take responsibility for the actions you do, then you realize that you make the choices, let's take an eating disorder as an example, if you eat and blame the outside world, you are pretty much saying, that when it comes to eating, this body isn't mine, this mind is not mine, but it's in the hands of the world, we both know that this isn't the truth, you control your thoughts and actions, your movements, pretty much you've made up an excuse to eat and accepted that the world owns you and that you are just their slave, in the end, every decision belongs to you, making the more difficult decision requires more mental power and energy, humans are creatures wanting to go through the least amount of work, to get the best reward, that isn't how life works.

You need to work hard and be focused in order to succeed, you need to have a goal and plan in mind if you want to be a winner, using the full resources of the mind, being willing to make the most difficult decisions even if they cause you huge pain, your resources are here, you need solitude, your mind and the ability to motivate and inspire yourself, Did you know that a blind man with amnesia forgot he was blind and restored his vision by a big margin (of course partially, but he was fully blind), just because something is difficult, doesn't mean it's impossible, you always have a choice and an option.
