Hello! I'm Alishba Waseem, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself. Hailing from the vibrant city of Karachi, Pakistan, I'm proud to call myself a Karachiite.
Right now, I'm studying Microbiology in college. Microbiology is basically the study of really small living things like germs, viruses, and fungi that affect our daily lives. We learn how these tiny organisms:
• Help and harm us
• Impact our health and environment
• Interact with each other and us
It's pretty cool to understand how these tiny life forms shape our world!
As a Microbiology student, I'm passionate about uncovering the secrets of the microbial world and exploring its vast potential. I believe that this field has the power to transform our understanding of health, environment, and sustainability.
Outside of academics, I enjoy [reading, hiking, volunteering]. I'm also deeply rooted in my Pakistani heritage and strive to make a positive impact in my community.
My goal is to become a leading microbiologist, contributing to groundbreaking research and innovative solutions that benefit Pakistan and the world. I'm excited to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from their experiences.
