This one cake is widely sold in street food. Usually the inside is banana but for the cake it is a little different.
So I am interested in buying and feel the difference in taste it has.
The white color on top of the cake has a dominant coconut flavor but contains a strong pandan aroma,while the green color is dominated by the smell and taste of pandan.
The sensation of time consuming it is chewy and full of coconut fat and the sweet taste of sugar makes it good enough to be enjoyed with your family or friends.
