Terrifying first night at the dorm

The protagonist of the story is a girl named Nadia, who completed high school and then enrolled in college. Because she was born and raised in a village, she had to move to the city for her education, and when she was accepted, her first day of classes required her to live in a dorm.

Upon arriving at the hostel, she was thrilled to have Maria as her roommate. Nadia wasn't welcomed by Maria, who came from a wealthy and well-known family, as she had anticipated.

Maria was talking to someone on the phone when she tried to speak with her. When Nadia saw her roommate appeared to have a haughty demeanor, she decided to stop bothering her and pick up a book instead.

She was missing her parents terribly as she started reading the book and thought about how difficult it was to live the first week after leaving home.

Her bed was next to the window, and for a few minutes she observed someone else from the window. At first, she assumed it was one of her other students.
She started to wonder. Who was this individual outside of her hostel at 12 a.m.? Students are not permitted to leave the hostel after 10 p.m.

That object outside the hostel started to move in the direction of her window, whatever it was.When she got scared, she summoned Maria and said, "Come look, there's someone outside." When she arrived at the window, however, nobody was there.

Maria said, "You must be exhausted from your extensive travels today, so you should take a nap." It happens when you travel a lot, and because this is your first day away from home, you shouldn't worry. Go to bed now.

Following Maria's speech, I concluded that she might be correct and that I was just weary, therefore I should go to bed. She turned out the lights in her room and made herself comfortable in bed. She fell asleep while she continued to stare out the window.

She heard someone calling her name after a little while, and as she woke up, she wondered if it was Maria. She turned to face her bed, but she was fast asleep. She wondered who had called my name.After going to sleep, believing it to be a delusion, she heard her name a short while later. She was positive that someone had called her name this time.
