Ticker/Feed Update: Remove Bittrex API and Add SlowAPI

The Bittrex has terminated its services see this post and so is its API.

In my ticker API - I still call its API endpoint at "https://api.bittrex.com/v3/markets/STEEM-BTC/ticker" and it of course doesn't work any more, therefore I have removed this from my services.

I have taken this chance to add the Slow API which I said a few days ago: A Free Crypto/Fiat Slow API
