Visit to FOMM Electric Car Manufacturer - Thailand

Today was a very interesting day for me as we got an opportunity to visit FOMM , a revolutionary electric car manufacturer in Thailand.

FOMM (First One Mile Mobility) is a Japanese electric vehicle manufacturer that specializes in creating small, compact EVs for short-distance travel within urban areas. Established in 2017, the company aims to provide sustainable and convenient solutions for transportation's first and last mile.FOMM's vehicles are designed to be lightweight, energy-efficient, and easily maneuverable in tight urban spaces. They offer several features such as a swappable battery system, high ground clearance, and water resistance that make them versatile and adaptable to a wide range of environments and use cases.Apart from EVs, FOMM is also focused on developing smart mobility solutions that incorporate advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain to create more sustainable and efficient transportation systems.

We basally looked at the opportunities to introduce this mini car to Sri Lanka. We had many discussions with them and collected the information to start the process. The FOMM (First One Mile Mobility) mini car is an electric vehicle developed by the Japanese EV manufacturer, FOMM Corporation. It is designed to be a small, lightweight, and highly reliable vehicle that is ideal for short-distance travel in urban areas. So this is a perfect solution for the current fuel crisis in Sri Lanka. We are looking forward to develop a relationship between them and few investors in Sri Lanka.
