- half cup bean sprouts
- one forth cup chopped green onions

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- half teaspoon sugar
- Vegetable oil for frying

- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 350 f.
- Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy about 3 4 minutes per batch.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
