I'm getting 4.786 with 23K SPS staked. I can at least buy 100 Packs from presale. That's 2 Plague Doctor cards. These won't be part of normal pack openings. I was hoping to buy more to get Level 3 Plague Doctor. I suspect buying from market to be uber expensive.
