More than a Conqueror

One day,
Everything you know will be put to test.
Your knowledge and intelligence will be questioned,
The strength of your character will be tried.
Your sincerity will be probed and potency will be tested.
Your credibility and values will be evaluated by both those who care and those who do not.
I speak these words from my heart.
One day, what you know about a person would be outdated and your friend would be a foe.
On a day you least expect, doom will loop around you and you would be confused about what to do.
Sooner or later, the lips that once kissed you, would utterly seek to destroy you.
At some point, you would take honey and it would be more bitter than vinegar.
Brace up yourself and build a tower of babel around your hut
Develop thick skin that nothing can pierce.
Carefully select your friends,
It is better to have more enemies than friends.
Trust no one, not even yourself.
For you will be shocked at the evil you conceive at the emotional state.
If a fellow fall,
Make no mockery of him for there is hope for a fallen tree at the scent of water
When a fellow fall, hold fast your confession of faith for to err is human.
And after you heard all the motivational talks,
Be grounded and rooted in God’s word!
For if in the Solid Rock you stand,
Nothing can move you.
You are unstoppable
You are more than a conqueror.
