One TV series that I have on DVD that gets us through the winters up here in Canada ... and through all these many Lockdowns is “Northern Exposure”
It tells the story of New York Doctor Joel Fleichmann who gets sent to work a 5 year Term in Cisely Alaska to pay back a Bursary or Scholarship that he received that helped pay his Tuition through Med School ...
The Characters (and actors that portray them) in this TV series are exceptional....
We have Maggie O’Connell the bush pilot, Ed the local Independent film maker, Maurice Minifield, Astronaut and Entrepreneur, Holling Vincoeur, the Bartender at the Brick, and also mayor... his girlfriend, Shelly the Northwest Passage Beauty Pageant winner, Chris in the Morning , Radio personality at the Local Radio Station KBear ... Adam and Eve and so many more ...
I think it is the greatest TV Series ever made.
I will write many #spinoff blog posts about some of my favourite episodes so Stay Tuned for more.

Yeah, one of my fave series, though a shame they had to ruin the last season due to off-screen arguments. never mind, they did at least get in a symbolic surreal ending.
Yeah ... the Last Season was a bummer ... I always wanted them to get the cast back together. It was the best ensemble ever.
Awesome, I will write some review tomorrow for this initiative, let's hope good things happen soon for blurt and the community in general.
