Está puesta en escena la frase... Piensa Positivo... frase que muchos responden para qué, por qué, no veo resultados de pensar en positivo.

Para sentir y accionar en esta práctica no es sólo recomendarlo. Se debe hacer una intención de verdad lograr ese cambio de pensamiento que lleva su proceso porque no es solo el pensamiento, hay que mirar sentimientos y emociones también. Otro elemento importante es las palabras que pensamos y emitimos, por ser vibración debemos hacer un examen exhaustivo y escucharnos, cuáles son esas palabras que dejo salir de mi boca que las creo con el pensamiento...si la mayoría van dirigidas a las quejas hacer el esfuerzo de dar otro toque o forma de expresar para que esa vibración vaya cambiando y convirtiendo la energía en fortalezas.
