Como un fantasma
como un hábito irrenunciable
la Soledad se torna compañera

Ni la más agradable compañía
desvanece su presencia
ni el más fausto momento
oculta su rostro

Llegas al mundo con ella
con ella te irás a continuar
tu viaje

La más grande gloria
el más trágico suceso
el genio más descollante
ha conocido el testimonio
de la Soledad.

Like a ghost
as an inalienable habit
Loneliness becomes a companion

Not the most pleasant company
vanishes his presence
not the faust moment
he hides his face

You come into the world with her
