The city of Xativa gets all the attention to be the perfect day trip destination from Valencia but let us tell you, Anna is not bad either. The only drawback is that Anna can't be so easily reached by public transportation like Xativa but it's worth it!
When we first arrived we went for Almuerzo (the meal after breakfast but before lunch) to gather some strength for a hike which led us by an amazing waterfall and bizarre rock formations. We planned our return to the town so we can go on a guided tour of the Palacio de los Condes de Cervellón which often gets to be compared as the mini version of the Alhambra in Granada.
