When I watch movies in the theatre or at home on my home theatre system, I find that the speaker system being used to be very important.
Surround sound gives positional channels that immerse the viewers and I remember watching some of the most iconic monster movies like Jurassic Park and King Kong and hearing the foot steps approach before the big reveal.
Movies would not be the same without sound engineers and technology and I appreciate being able to listen and immerse myself.
