I just need to scale this up and I can cool the house with Solar …

Yep. They are very low wattage …. 3 watts … so no problem running on a small solar panel.
You should get a small solar panel and Solar Power lithium battery ( like the Jackery) and try some experiments. Everyone could be running AC via Solar.
