We issued a post recently, Changes in Delegation to Curation Accounts, where the Foundation indicated that it would reduce the delegations to curator accounts in order to stimulate the need for the community to purchase more BLURT POWER to curate and earn rather than relying on upvotes from foundation-sponsored accounts.
This task has just been completed, the curation accounts are all listed below, all have been reduced from 1 Million BP delegation to 500K BP, with the exception of three accounts, @blurtmob (3 Mil BP) which is operated by the Foundation for flash mob social initiatives, @blurtwomen (1 Mil MP) we recently advertised this position at 1 Mil so we will honour it for 3 months and lastly @helloblurt (1 Mil BP) which is a specialist account for voting new users using the #introduceyourself tag.

Thanks to @eastmael's visualisation app, we can see that curation accounts account for only 9.1% of total stake and active voting accounts in the last 7 days account for 17.4%. In total.
The Foundation is responsive to the economic needs of the community and hereby shows the ability to adjust its trajectory to match economic needs.
Well done for the great work @megadrive. I hope this goes a long way in growing the #blurt community we all desire. For the #tag operators, i want to use this medium to appreciate your effort so far in curating authors' contents here on blurt. Though i noticed some of the tags have not been available to curate most of our authors' posts here on blurt for about a week now. As a result, I'll like to plead for more of your support because this is one of the major ways many of Authors here can grow and be encouraged to produce more quality contents and keep the blurt community alive and more valuable. It's gratifying to see this level of commitment to community building and to supporting content creators. It's a welcome change from other venues that seem to be more focused on app building.
In the greater picture, I think it bears remembering that without content and an active community, building apps might be a less attractive proposition... after all, who wants to do that and "play to an empty house?"

Hello @socialgraph, please spare a moment to look at our page and assess the mode of operation of our Curation/engagement project.
We have been able to achieve a lot towards on-chain Curation and engagement within our 26 days existence on the blockchain and we have more things to do. The essence of our project is to promote quality content creation and genuine interaction on the blockchain as a whole.
We are not focused on any Community in particular. We don't have a specific Hashtag. We curate manually, comment genuine and we touch every area on the blockchain.
We would like to seek for Delegation from the foundation of this Blockchain. Please, take a look at our mode of operation and, if possible, give us an opportunity to meet with the foundation and tell them more about what we do.
At this point, we need as many Blurt Power as possible to be able to have more impact on more quality content across all part of the blockchain.
We are already working on an initiative that will be incorporated into what we are already doing. The intiative will help Blurt to gain traction on Twitter.
