INTRODUCTION OF MYSELF

An adage would say: “If you don’t say I AM, nobody will say YOU ARE”.
Plying on this claim, I see it as imperative to introduce myself proper. This claim is not just necessary but it is ethical that man should always be distinct about his biengness.
Therefore, I will like to introduce and give a little footnote of myself.
My name is EZENWATU PHILIP CHUKWUMA.

I hailed from Adazi Enu, in Anaocha Local Government Area Anambra State, Nigeria. I was born on the 28th of March, 1996.
I was born to the family of Late Mr. Godwin Okechukwu Ezenwatu as my father and Mrs. Ifeoma Ezenwatu my mother. My father was an importer of Ankara clothes, but due to unforeseen circumstance died in a fatal accident.

We are seven in number, three girls and four boys. I am the fourth child and second son of my parents.
I began my Nursery and Primary school at Maria Ines Nursery and Primary school, Obosi, Anambra State in the year 1998. During my primary school days, I lived with my doting and prayerful parents, though good disciplinarians (strict one), they continue to cultivate in me and my siblings the habit of starting each day with prayers (Holy Mass) and ending it with prayers. My constant attendance to morning masses aroused my interest to join Alter Knights associations (Mass servers or alter servers in the Catholic Church).

Following my primary school was my secondary school days I entered secondary school in the year 2006. I first did my junior secondary school at Washington Memorial Grammar School, Onitsha. In the year 2010, in the spirit of furthering my acumen, I was transferred to Sacred Hearts College, Nteje, where I did my Senior Secondary School. During my studies at the senior secondary, I was or worked in different functions for example, chief procurator, chapel prefect, chief sacristan and special duty prefect and other miscellaneous functions that I was assigned by the school management. I graduated in the year 2013 with excellent result.
After my secondary school, I secured diploma in computer appreciation and website management. Due to my seeming zeal to serve God. I got admitted to an Italian Congregation, The Missionaries of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Presently, this is where I am discerning my priestly vocation. I am a final year philosophy student at Seat of Wisdom Major Seminary, Owerri.

I am self motivated individual and target oriented personality. During my leisure time, I like reading, listening to music, I play football, volleyball, table tennis, badminton and Javelin. I also like surfing the internet and waiting comedy skit videos.

As St. Bernard rightly said, “Iingratitudo exciat divina” – “ingratitude dries up the wells of divine favours”. On this stance, I wish to thank in a special way those who helped me to get to this stage in this Blurt platform. They are: @dicksonbem for been my mentor and true guider, my unalloyed gratitude also goes to @bestkizito who donated blurt for my registration in this platform, and @amicablepeace who in her tight schedules still find it necessary to integrate and register me to be part of this family.

I am totally grateful to all of you my people who are making earnest efforts to electrify their destines.
