People think self care means putting up moisturizer and going to bed early. But there are so many things to this little thing.

Self care is talking to yourself, taking care of your mind and your soul. Self care is building up your self confidence.

Life has to be organised to lead a good life. You wake up you go to work and you do your stuff but in between all the hurry and worry you forget to take care of yourself.

Sleeping early is good, it helps you recover and it makes you fresh for the day. I sleep early as often as possible and it has kept my eye bags at bay and my skin is in good health.
A good night's sleep consists of 6-8 hours of bed time and recovery time for your body and brain.

Eating healthy is good but once in a while eat something that will make you happy and smile. There are people who love eating and then there are people who live to eat but everything in moderation is good and keeps your body fit and fine.

Mediation is good too always meditate for at least 8 minutes to keep bad thoughts away and keep yourself smiling all day.
