Securities Exchange Commission of United States Of America ,in short SEC has sued Top exchange like Kraken and Bittrex Global .Bittrex Global has announced yesterday to shut down its service on 3rd of December ,2023 and urged all the investor to withdraw its fund and deposit .

It is with great regret that we inform you that Bittrex Global has decided to wind down its operations.

Effective Monday 4 December 2023, all trading activity on Bittrex Global will be disabled. After that date, customers will only be able to withdraw assets as part of the winding down process.

All our customers are strongly encouraged to log into their account and withdraw assets as soon as possible.

All funds and tokens remain safe and secure on the Bittrex Global platform, and are available for withdrawal – in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service – at any time.

This is sad that Bittrex is so popular and well rating maintained exchange shuting down their service because of SEC notice . I just wanted to tell all that bittrex was my first exchange where i bought my steem coins and traded even bitcoin . Kraken exchange has same regulatory notification fromm SEC and it looks SEC will not forgive any one of them .
I still remember when SEC sued Coinbase , Ripple ,LBRY Coin etc and So far only Ripple dared to fight properly in court against SEC and nobody else.
Just to advice all my reader to not invest in such coin with huge financial because nobody knows when SEC will catch that specific coin where you have invested and the price you bought that coin ,will go down more lower and hardly you will sell because after SEC allegation The credibility of particular coin has been declined by investor and its 100 % true .

I invested in LBRY when it was $0.25 USD and when SEC sued this coin by telling that its a security .The price suddenly dropped and now traded at 0.0034 around which is something like dead coin .

SEC is basically a authority who is empowered by American Govt. to protect investors from fraudulent ,money laundering , stock price manipulation and regulatory the exchanges .

So overall SEC can sue anyone either crypto exchange or stock holder or financial company .
Today we got one more news from Binance exchange which is only exchange so far completely safe from all allegation because they are up to date as what SEC expect from anybody .
The CEO of Binnacle , CZ has step down as present CEO of the company and chances given to Richard Teng .

Crypto industry is not doing well so far as many big scam emerged like Terra coin where the price dropped from $30 to 0.0002 like that . The USD pegged coin USTC also dropped to 0.02 which also scared many investor about trust issue and confident .
