When the Universe was a fraction of a second old, conditions within it were unthinkable. Particles that make up the atoms we are built from were assembled from a stew of quarks and strings.
It's amazing to consider the conditions that predate us and the Universe at large. I am a science geek, and have spent hours with my head and eyes fscig the heavens trying to peace this together.
