Loosen Up At A Sauna

When my muscles ache after doing lengths at the pool I tend to feel pretty tight. After spending time in the water, you might think its time to dry off. Nonsense.

It's better to chill out in a hot sauna and let your muscles relax.

Saunas are great and the heat in the spa provides great blood flow benefits.
