Well, there's "general targeting," where swathes of People get hit, like with a plannedemic, and then there is Individual targeting, where Individuals are specifically targeted. And I surely am in the latter. Haha!

There is at least One, and likely a Few, that watches Me and ensures all efforts to succeed are thwarted.
