Russians have to leave Turkey

Sorry this is happening to you but it never pays to stick to their rules. As far as possible avoid all administration. A friend of mine is looking at sicily because they're selling properties for 1 euro. Might be worth a look for you?

Yeah, that's crazy. Is that a joke ? 1 euro ? Why they are selling that so cheap ? Do they have people living there ? Are there any stores ? Or what's the reason ?

I posted about a town in Italy 🇮🇹 that was paying people $30,000 to move there.
Nobody is very interested in any of my Blurt posts though …. Ha ha ha . What do I care.

But those towns seem to be empty, no stores, nothing. How it's possible to live there and the news is from 2019, plus it's from CNN, I can't see a link from official government there.

2019 ??

I read last month …. in December 2022.

Anyone buying one must put down a guarantee of €3,000 which will be returned once the renovations are complete, possibly within three years.

Yeah… lots of strings attached. But Italy is beautiful…

Welcome to the dream. Another Italian town wants to pay you to move to Italy—$30,000, to be exact.

This time around, the deep-pocketed village is Presicce, a charming little hamlet that is known as the “city of green gold,” thanks to the surrounding olive groves. Presicce is set in Puglia, a southern region known for its whitewashed hill towns, lush farmland and pristine Mediterranean coastline.

The town will pay people up to 30,000 euros to buy a house and move there, which translates to about $30,000 in today’s dollars.

The idea is to attract new residents in order to combat dwindling population numbers, and it’s something that has been used in other parts of Italy. There’s the island of Sardinia (which offered $15,000), the region of Calabria (doling out $33,000) and the village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio (promising up to $52,500), just to name a few.

Yeah… they are looking for people to fill up the cities… young people.

I will send them an email. My wife and kids want to move there.

mailto:[email protected]

it's a scheme to repopulate a dying village. They did it in a part of greece and it worked. They need fresh blood to repopulate. My friend is looking into getting one of those in the link I sent you.

my friend has been talking to an estate agent and theres been no mention of a 3000 guarantee. Its the paperwork that costs but its still very cheap for a whole house.
