Usually after a bridge is damaged, people take caution and avoid risking further damage. But seems that the explosion on Crimea-Russia bridge hurts Putin right on the pain spot. So quickly to let cars drive over this damaged bridge is risking peoples life with no good reason. But then again thats what Putin does best.
