It's time for a new hardfork. Then you can see how many witnesses are really still active and are interested in an update or make the effort. 35 witnesses are few and looks unstable. But it runs at Blurt😉!

20 top witnesses should be ok and they all are very serious about Blurt, most of them have like me, invested in blurt, time money and love, so yes , we are good.
