Adaptability: what is it? The capacity to adapt to novel circumstances and surroundings is known as adaptability. It entails being willing to take chances, develop new abilities, and be adaptable. Those that are flexible are better able to handle new situations and have higher chances of succeeding in life.

Because life is erratic, difficulties can arise at any time. Developing our adaptability and resilience can help us get through challenging times and emerge greater on the other side. Additionally crucial for one's own development as a person, one's career, and the preservation of positive interpersonal relationships are resilience and adaptability.

HOW CAN ONE DEVELOP FLEXIBILITY AND RESILIENCE?
