In English:
The beauty of the pool
Very smiling, the beautiful and young woman says goodbye to her husband who was working on the family farm, she goes humming along the sidewalk towards a nearby river, she loved to cool off by taking a bath in the afternoons in a huge and deep pool that there she was, on the way to the river she saw a friend of her husband's, it was old Simón who was walking around with his bottle of rum in his hand as he almost always was, he was leaning against a mango tree, but he didn't realize that she was looking at him. He had seen, because he did not return the greeting that the woman gave him, -how strange, how does old Simon walk around these parts?- the young woman wonders.
Arriving at the river, the sun's rays warmed her skin, while the breeze refreshed her body, without much regard, she did not hesitate to take off her clothes, because she had not only gone to admire the landscape, she liked to take her refreshing bath completely naked In that immense pool, before jumping into the water, she found a beautiful chupa chupa flower, placing it in her hair very flirtatiously, it increased her beauty even more as if that were possible, not only was she young and good-looking, she also had two dope eyes emerald green color that were the delirium of her husband and a few other men, including old Simon.
Already stripped of her dress, she climbed a large stone to launch herself from there doing an athletic dive into the water, she entered the water perfectly and emerged a few seconds later, smiling as her character was, enjoying the water, nature and the beauty of that well, she bathed calmly without realizing that she was not alone, the damned friend of her husband, the old Simon admired her from afar hidden behind some bushes, the old man enjoyed her beauty and her nudity, Simon gave her a good sip of rum to the bottle, but he was not the real danger that lurked that afternoon, at the bend of the river, an enormous alligator larger than a block, with more horns than a deer, and with more teeth than 20 slimes, upon detecting the young woman's splash, it entered into the water stealthily without the beauty noticing.
The young woman splashed carefree in the water, while hidden Simon continued to enjoy the curves of that beautiful body that did not belong to him, then it was that Simon saw the fierce and enormous Caiman approaching through the water, without the courage to help her or give himself away warning him of the danger The very coward ran towards the conuco, looking for his friend to warn him of the immense danger that his wife was running in the pool, when he arrived at the conuco he quickly told her what was happening in the pool, the friend took his shotgun, his machete and left running to the river, Simón follows him further back, when they arrived at the pool it was too late.
On one side of the shore, the upside-down alligator seemed to be sleeping well after the banquet that had been given, there was no trace of his beautiful young wife, Simón hurried to offer his condolences to his poor friend, offering him the bottle to to have a drink in his memory, but the friend rejected him, armed his shotgun and went down to the shore determined to kill the beast as punishment for eating his wife!!! He was halfway there when the beautiful one with the eyes emerald-colored greens emerged from the pool, with his huge knife in one hand and a large stone in the other, which he went down to the bottom of the pool to help him cut off the alligator he had killed minutes before.
