As a partner in a relationship listen actively to your partner's point of view, validate their feelings, and express your own thoughts in a calmly and constructive manner.
Always show empathy and try to understand your partner's point of view and find common ground, avoid blame, criticism, and defensiveness, but rather put more energy on finding the way forward together. Seek mutual and acceptable agreements which tires to justify the individual partners point of view by showing willingness to apologize, forgive, and move forward hence putting the relationship first over individual ego.
Lastly, partners should engage in constant communication and conflict resolution, with the knowledge that relationships require efforts to overcome challenges and develop stronger future bond together
