Russian sites doesn't work with Redotpay No Ones Survemo YouGov Survey Cards

Hello,
I have tried several credit card from different websites like Redotpay No Ones YouGov Survey Cards but none works with russian payment processors. Even card having balance it rejects the payment. I do not know if the problem is from the card itself or they doesn't accept credit card from foreign countries.
