The Transformative Power of Reconciliation in the Body of Christ.

Confrontational processes are rarely happy ones, but the reconciliation process is one that really makes people happy. A sinner's reconciliation with another person or with his church is a reflection of the gospel, which is that Christ made our reconciliation with Himself.One of the most exquisite and transformative gifts that Jesus gives us is reconciliation.

Without the confrontational stage for sin, reconciliation is impossible. Reconciliation, by definition, involves the destruction of something! Partition in the Body may result from a marriage that is based on love, from the friendship of two close friends, or from the church's unity inside its membership. We will start to take harmony seriously enough to follow the procedures that result in reconciliation when we start acting as though we understand that personal sin has consequences. Colossians 3:13 .

God's will and the pardon of all those who might ever believe are the means of reconciliation. Through faith-based obedience, reconciliation takes place.Giving God the glory is the main goal of reconciliation. Retaliation or self-righteous are not motivated when that is the end aim; personal feelings are not significant. Our hearts are set on representing Christ to the fullest extent possible, and our intentions are pure. These kinds of situations provide us the chance to publicly present Jesus Christ to the unsaved individuals in our lives, who are constantly observing how we handle situations!

Since we did not pursue reconciliation after reprimand, people outside the church frequently perceive us as being harsh, judgmental, and spiteful! In instead of pursuing the individual for reconciliation with the congregation or the other party to the disagreement, we confront and chastise them. As they depart the church in a rage, we are happy to let them go and move on from the whole thing. This is not how it's suppose to be! Throughout all of these peacemaking processes, we are to follow Christ's cross as we diligently and lovingly pursue each goal. We should pursue one of Jesus' own sinners, after all, He pursued the most lost among them.

While it is true that these disputes are extremely unpleasant, it is wrong and needless to let a Believer suffer outside of our community without seeking reconciliation. For the glory of Christ, we must endeavor to make amends with those who disagree with us and/or the church. Seeking and accepting forgiveness is necessary, or else we negate the significance of Christ's cross. To the very best of our ability, we are supposed to live in harmony with everyone. as well as to always love. A truly good church, one that promotes personal reconciliation in its relationships, would include members who possess these attributes.
