How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the Shrimp fry recipe. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Ingredients:
Shrimp Fish
Onion
Raw Chili
Coriander Leaves
Garlic paste
Salt
Cumin Powder
Turmeric Powder
Soybean Oil
First I will take a quantity of soybean oil in a container. After that I will give the chopped onions. And fry the onions well until brown.
Then I will add crushed green chillies, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and cumin powder on the onions. That is, I will give all the spices except coriander leaves. And I will fry them well.
Then I will put the shrimps on the fried spices. And I will fry the shrimps well.I will not use water separately in this recipe. The whole recipe will be well cooked with the panituku that will come out from the shrimp. And the rest will be fried in oil.
When the shrimps are fried and well cooked.I will give the crushed coriander leaves on it. Because of these coriander leaves, both the taste and the aroma of the recipe will be incredibly good. That's how I completed my today's shrimp frying recipe.
Then I picked up the fried shrimp on a beautiful plate and served it in front of you.
