How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is roast chicken recipe. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Ingredients:
Chicken Meat
Milk
Onion Beresta
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Cinnamon
Bay leaf
Sugar
Salt
Roast Spice Sour
Yogurt
First I rub the amount of salt on the washed chicken pieces.
Then I take a quantity of soybean oil in a bowl and put the salted chicken pieces in it. Lightly fry the chicken pieces in hot soybean oil.
Then I put some ginger paste, garlic paste and cinnamon and bay leaves on the fried chicken.Then I will give the amount of sour curd.
Then I will add onion barista and some amount of sugar. Then I will give the amount of milk and roast spices.
Then I will add some green chillies and mix everything well.
In the meantime, I will marinate the chicken pieces well with the same amount of oil and salt. And after marinating always try to leave the thing like half an hour or 1 hour. It does All the spices will fit well in it. This will increase the taste of this food a lot.
After one hour, I will put the marinated chicken pieces in the oven. And let all this be well accomplished. I will not use any kind of water to cook this chicken meat. The whole meat will be cooked on milk. This will increase the taste a lot.
Then when the soups are dry and smeared, you have to understand that my recipe is made of roast chicken.
Then I serve the roast chicken in a plate.
