Hello food lovers,
How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the polao cooking recipe. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Ingredients:
Polao Rice
Carrot
Onion
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Green Chili
Bay leaves
Cinnamon
Milk
Soybean
Oil
Salt
Prunes
First I soak the polau rice in water for about ten to fifteen minutes. Then wash the rice well and drain the water well with the help of a sieve.
Then I will take the amount of soybean oil in the pot in which I will cook the polao. Then I put the chopped onions in oil and started frying well.
Then when the onions are well fried, that is, when they become like a well-ripened onion, I will wash them and add the polao rice with water.
Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilies, salt, cinnamon, bay leaves and prunes. Then you have to fry all these together very well. They have to be fried for a long time so that the polar rice will be very crispy after cooking polao.
Then when the rice is well fried, it should be given with boiling hot water.I will give you the right amount of milk. With this water and milk the rice will be cooked well.
Then I will sprinkle crushed carrots on the rice when it is 50% cooked. And with the help of a lid I'll call for a while. This will make the polar rice fully cooked and the carrots well cooked. And that’s how I completed my polao cooking recipe.
Then I decorated my recipe beautifully and served it to you.
I hope all of you like my recipe. Because I have made the recipe here with my best efforts, I have given everything in quantity so that you can understand.
Best Regards
