How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the Hilsa roast recipe with eggplant. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Ingredients:
Hilsha fish
Eggplant
Potato
Onion
Tomatoes
Turmeric powder
chilli powder
cumin powder
garlic paste
Salt
Soybean oil
First I will put turmeric and salt on the rounded eggplants. Then I will take soybean oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, I will put the eggplants in it fry the eggplants well, and take them to another plate.
Then I will apply turmeric and salt on the cut and washed hilsa fish. Then I will fry the fish well in the same oil.
Then in the pot I will cook, heat the amount of soybean oil in that pot and add the chopped onions. When the onions are well fried, I will add all the spices.
Then I will fry the spices well. When it is fried, I will add water in it and I will remove the spices well.
When the spices are well seasoned, I will add the cut potatoes in it.Then I will give the well-fried eggplant and hilsa fish.
Then I will give the tomatoes cut on the fried eggplant hilsa fish. Then let everything cook well together and let the soup dry.
When the soup of the whole recipe dries and becomes smooth and a nice color comes out then you have to understand that my recipe is well prepared.This is how I completed my today's Hilsa Roast Recipe with Eggplant.
Then I put the recipe on a plate and arranged it nicely and served it to you.Looking at the recipe color, you can understand how delicious my cooking has been.You too must try to cook it at home.I hope you like it a lot.
